"Pretty good overall, but a few details were missed"
A friend recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try. The floors look decent overall, but I did notice a few corners and trim areas that seemed a little rushed. To be fair, they fixed one issue after I pointed it out, which I appreciated. I just wish they had done a closer check on the small details before wrapping up.

The crew did a solid job covering the floors and doorways before getting started. Nothing got scratched up, the cleanup was way better than I expected.

"Bill was kinda off at first"
The install went fine overall, but then my bill didn’t match the quote they gave me, so that was a little frustrating. I had to call in and get it sorted out, and it took a few days. They did fix it in the end, so it wasn’t the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying to deal with.

"Clear Quote and Easy Process"
They gave me the quote upfront, which I appreciated, and there weren’t any weird surprises later on. The whole process was straightforward overall. Nothing especially fancy, but it got the job done without any hassle.

"My dresser got scratched when they moved it"
So yeah, when they were moving my dresser, it ended up getting scratched. I noticed it after everything was brought in, and it was kind of disappointing because it wasn’t like that before. Not the worst thing ever, but still not great feeling.

The guy showed up late, and the whole in-home consult felt rushed. When he went over the quote, it was confusing, and I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? I just wanted a clear breakdown and a little more time to understand what I’d actually be paying for.

I had an appointment with 50floor and they did show up, they were just later than the time I was given. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I did have to wait around and shift my day a little. The person who came out was nice once they got there, so overall it was okay.

"I figured getting new floors would be..."
I figured getting new floors would be a whole stressful thing, but it ended up being easy. Everything went smoothly, the floors look great, and I assumed the price was going to be higher than it was, so that was a nice surprise. Really no complaints from me.

"Floors turned out fine, but the planning was rough"
The floors themselves came out okay. Installers were nice enough, did the work, no big issues there. But the scheduling... yeah, that part was frustrating. A few times I was just waiting around not really knowing what was going on. Had to call to get updates, then call again. It did get finished in the end, and it looks decent, but I wish someone had kept me in the loop better.

"Really happy with how the floors turned out"
We got new floors from 50Floor and I’ve been really happy with them so far. The material feels sturdy and definitely doesn’t have that cheap look or feel. With our kids and dog running around all the time, I was a little worried, but they’ve held up great with no scratches or weird spots. The color also matched the sample really well, which was a relief. I’d definitely use them again if we redo another room

"Cleanup felt oddly neglected"
The floors themselves look fine, so I’ll give them that. But the cleanup was bad. They left dust, little scraps, and even nails scattered around, and I ended up spending hours cleaning after they left. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost felt like the actual cleanup was skipped on purpose so they could rush out and call the job done. Just not what I expected...

"Durability seems Okay so far"
I noticed a few Scratches showed up after installation, so I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up long-term. It’s fine for now, just not as tough as I was hoping...

"Communication was tough"
The floor ended up looking okay, but the customer service side was, I don’t know, kind of hard to describe. I had a few questions after the estimate and it took days to get a response. I had to call more than once, and even then it didn’t really feel like anyone was following up. It wasn’t the worst experience, but the lack of communication was definitely frustrating.

"The floor work turned out okay..."
The floor work turned out okay, but the contract was a bit confusing in a few places. I had to ask more than once about extra charges and when things were actually supposed to happen, which was frustrating because the timing was already inconvenient. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish everything had been explained more clearly upfront instead of having to chase down answers...

"Same problem, still not really fixed"
After the install, I ran into an issue and it just felt like the same headache all over again. I kept calling, but every conversation seemed to go nowhere, and I was the one constantly following up. I’m tired of dealing with this kind of thing again, and I still don’t feel like it was handled properly

The install happened, but then I never heard from them again. I kind of expected at least a quick call or something, you know, just to make sure everything was okay. But nope, nothing. I even kept thinking maybe they’d call later in the week, but they never did.

"Colors weren’t what they promised"
The samples were kind of close, but not the exact same color like they said they’d be. I was expecting them to match better, so it was disappointing after being told they would.
